4.Website use
The website may be used for lawful purposes connected with learning about Next Phase Football, making enquiries and applying for services.
Users must not:
- Misuse the website
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access
- Introduce viruses or malicious code
- Interfere with website security
- Submit deliberately false information
- Impersonate another person
- Upload unlawful or inappropriate material
- Scrape, copy or reproduce website content without permission
- Use player information or images for unauthorised purposes
We may restrict access where we reasonably believe the website is being misused.
5.Information on the website
We aim to keep website information accurate and current.
Football opportunities, programme arrangements, fixtures, venues, coaches, schedules, club involvement and package inclusions may depend on:
- Player age
- Player ability
- Player readiness
- Safeguarding requirements
- Venue availability
- Coach availability
- Opposition availability
- Club approval
- Travel arrangements
- Weather
- Operational requirements
- Circumstances outside our reasonable control
Website content is general information and does not itself guarantee that a particular service, fixture, club opportunity or programme place will be available.
Confirmed service details will be provided separately before a customer becomes bound by a paid booking.
6.Enquiries and applications
Submitting an enquiry or player application does not create a contract and does not guarantee acceptance.
An application allows Next Phase Football to review the information supplied and consider whether a service may be suitable.
We may:
- Ask for further information
- Request footage or football history
- Recommend a different service
- Decide that a player is not currently suitable
- Decline an application
- Place an enquiry on hold
- Suggest that the player gains further experience before progressing
We are not required to provide a trial, introduction, programme place or detailed football assessment merely because an application has been submitted.
7.Formation of a contract
A contract is formed only when:
- We have accepted the booking in writing
- The customer has received the relevant service or programme information
- Any required consent and medical forms have been completed
- The customer has accepted the applicable terms
- Any required payment or deposit has been received
- We have issued a booking confirmation
An automated form acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance.
Where a booking concerns a child, the contract must be made by a parent, legal guardian or another adult who has appropriate authority.
8.Customer and player information
Customers must provide information that is complete and accurate.
This may include:
- Player name
- Date of birth or age group
- Parent or guardian information
- Contact details
- Current club
- Football history
- Playing position
- Medical information
- Allergies
- Injuries
- Accessibility needs
- Emergency contacts
- Travel information
- Safeguarding information
- Relevant restrictions or welfare concerns
Customers must inform us promptly if important information changes.
Next Phase Football is not responsible for problems caused by information that was materially inaccurate, withheld or supplied too late, except where the law provides otherwise.
10.Service suitability
A service may be recommended based on information available at the time.
A recommendation does not mean that:
- The player is guaranteed to progress
- The player is academy standard
- A professional club will show interest
- A trial will be offered
- A player will be selected
- A contract, scholarship or registration will follow
- A specific coach or scout will attend
- A particular fixture will take place
Football development is affected by many factors outside our control.
Customers remain responsible for deciding whether a service is appropriate for their circumstances.
11.Player assessments and consultations
Assessments, observations and consultations represent professional football opinions based on the information, footage or performance available at the time.
Football opinions can differ between coaches, scouts, clubs and organisations.
Feedback should not be treated as:
- A guarantee of future selection
- Medical advice
- Legal advice
- Immigration advice
- Financial advice
- A formal academy decision
- A binding decision on behalf of a club
Where specialist advice is required, customers should use an appropriately qualified professional.
12.Trials, introductions and football opportunities
Next Phase Football may help identify or facilitate suitable football environments.
Any introduction is subject to:
- Player suitability
- Age
- Ability
- Readiness
- Availability
- Club requirements
- Registration rules
- Safeguarding requirements
- Third-party approval
Payment for a Next Phase Football service does not purchase:
- A guaranteed trial
- A guaranteed scout assessment
- A guaranteed academy place
- A guaranteed club introduction
- Guaranteed playing time
- Guaranteed selection
- A scholarship
- Representation
- A playing contract
- A professional career
Final selection decisions are made by the relevant club, coach, scout, organiser or football authority.
13.Club names, logos and football environments
Club names, logos, photographs or references may be used to describe genuine experiences, opposition, pathways, visits or relevant football environments.
Their inclusion does not necessarily mean that:
- A formal partnership exists
- The club endorses Next Phase Football
- The club guarantees opportunities
- The club is involved in every programme
- A participant will access that club
Any specific club involvement will be described in the relevant booking information.
14.Programme descriptions
Programme descriptions will explain the principal features expected to be included.
Inclusions may vary according to the particular booking.
Customers must review:
- Dates
- Location
- Duration
- Training content
- Match arrangements
- Supervision
- Travel arrangements
- Accommodation arrangements
- Meals
- Equipment requirements
- Package inclusions
- Exclusions
- Cancellation terms
Only items expressly included in the written booking confirmation form part of the purchased service.
15.Prices
Prices will be shown or communicated before a customer becomes bound by a booking.
Prices will state what is included and whether any additional charges apply.
Unless expressly stated, prices do not automatically include:
- Flights
- Visas
- Travel documents
- Insurance
- Accommodation
- Meals
- Local transport
- Airport transfers
- Personal spending
- Football equipment
- Medical expenses
- Parent or spectator costs
- Additional activities
Where the final price cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, the method of calculation will be explained before booking.
16.Payments
Payment arrangements will be set out in the booking information.
A booking may require:
- Full payment
- A booking deposit
- Instalments
- Payment by an agreed deadline
The customer is responsible for ensuring payments are made on time.
We may suspend or cancel a booking where payment remains overdue after reasonable notice.
Any payment button must make it clear that clicking it creates an obligation to pay.
Customers must receive written confirmation that they can save for future reference.
17.Deposits
Where a deposit is required, the amount and purpose will be explained before payment.
A deposit is not automatically non-refundable in every circumstance.
Where a customer cancels, we may retain an amount that reasonably reflects:
- Work already completed
- Non-recoverable supplier charges
- Administrative work connected directly to the booking
- Capacity reserved for the player
- Other reasonable losses caused by the cancellation
We will not use deposits or cancellation charges as a penalty.
Where our actual recoverable loss is lower than the amount already paid, the appropriate balance will be refunded.
18.Statutory cancellation rights
Some online service contracts may give consumers a statutory 14-day cancellation period.
However, different rules and exceptions may apply.
A statutory cancellation right may not apply to a football event, match, camp, experience, accommodation service, catering service or other leisure activity arranged for a specific date or period.
The booking information will explain whether a statutory cooling-off right applies to the particular service.
Where a cancellation right applies, the customer may cancel by sending a clear statement to:
Email: info@nextphasefootball.com
The customer does not have to use a specific cancellation form.
19.Services starting during a cancellation period
Where a statutory cancellation period applies, a customer may ask us to begin providing the service before that period ends.
We will request the customer’s express agreement where required.
If the customer later cancels after work has begun, the customer may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services supplied before cancellation.
Where a service has been fully performed following the customer’s express request and acknowledgement, the statutory right to cancel may be lost where the law permits.
20.Customer cancellations
Cancellations must be communicated in writing to:
Email: info@nextphasefootball.com
The applicable cancellation arrangement will depend on:
- The service booked
- The date of cancellation
- Whether the service has started
- Whether the booking is for a specific date
- Costs already committed
- Supplier cancellation rules
- Whether the place can reasonably be resold
- Any statutory rights
The booking confirmation may contain a specific cancellation schedule.
Any cancellation charge must be reasonable and reflect the circumstances of the booking.
Customers should not assume that absence, illness, travel disruption or a change in personal circumstances automatically creates a right to a full refund.
21.Missed activities and late arrival
Where a player arrives late, leaves early or misses part of a programme for reasons not caused by Next Phase Football, we may be unable to:
- Extend the activity
- Rearrange the session
- Repeat the service
- Provide a refund
We will consider exceptional circumstances reasonably.
22.Changes requested by the customer
Requests to change:
- Player
- Date
- Package
- Location
- Programme
- Group size
- Service type
must be made in writing.
Changes are subject to availability and may involve reasonable additional costs.
A booking may not be transferred to another person without written approval.
23.Changes made by Next Phase Football
Football programmes sometimes require reasonable changes.
We may change:
- Coach
- Venue
- Timings
- Session structure
- Opposition
- Fixture format
- Training activity
- Programme order
- Supporting supplier
where reasonably necessary.
We will aim to preserve the overall purpose and value of the service.
Where a significant change materially affects the main features of a paid booking, the customer will be informed and offered the options required by applicable law and the specific booking terms.
24.Cancellation by Next Phase Football
We may cancel or suspend a programme where reasonably necessary because of:
- Unsafe conditions
- Venue closure
- Severe weather
- Insufficient participant numbers
- Coach or supplier failure
- Travel disruption
- Government restrictions
- Public-health concerns
- Safeguarding concerns
- Security concerns
- Serious misconduct
- Circumstances outside reasonable control
Where we cancel and cannot provide a suitable alternative, payments relating to services not supplied will normally be refunded.
This does not affect any stronger rights the customer may have under applicable law.
25.International and UK player experiences
Experience programmes may involve several elements.
The written booking information will identify which elements are:
- Provided directly by Next Phase Football
- Arranged through a third party
- Recommended but booked separately by the customer
- Not included
Customers must not assume that flights, accommodation, transport, meals or visas are included unless expressly confirmed.
26.Package travel arrangements
Some combinations of travel services may be legally treated as a package or linked travel arrangement.
Where a booking falls within applicable package travel legislation:
- The customer will receive any legally required information
- Applicable statutory rights will remain unaffected
- Any required insolvency protection information will be supplied
- Any additional package travel terms will form part of the booking
- Statutory package travel protections will take priority where they conflict with these general Terms
No statement on this website should claim that Next Phase Football has ATOL or other insolvency protection unless that protection has been formally arranged and verified.
Next Phase Football must not accept payment for a regulated travel package until the necessary legal and financial protections are in place.
27.Flights, visas and immigration
Unless expressly confirmed in writing, customers are responsible for:
- Passports
- Visas
- Entry permission
- Immigration requirements
- Travel authorisations
- Vaccination requirements
- Flights
- Baggage
- Border requirements
Next Phase Football does not provide regulated immigration or legal advice unless that advice is delivered by an appropriately authorised professional.
Customers should obtain official advice before making non-refundable travel arrangements.
28.Travel insurance
Participants in travel or residential programmes should obtain suitable insurance where appropriate.
Insurance should be considered for:
- Cancellation
- Medical treatment
- Personal accident
- Baggage
- Travel disruption
- Personal liability
- Sports participation
- Repatriation
- Pre-existing medical conditions
Next Phase Football is not an insurance provider.
Customers must review any policy exclusions and ensure football activity is covered.
29.Accommodation and transport
Where accommodation or transport is included, participants must follow reasonable:
- Safety instructions
- Meeting times
- Rooming arrangements
- Curfews
- Behaviour standards
- Venue rules
- Transport rules
Accommodation and transport details may change where reasonably necessary.
Parents will receive age-appropriate information about supervision and arrangements for children.
30.Medical fitness and injuries
Football involves physical activity and a risk of injury.
The customer confirms that relevant medical, injury, allergy and accessibility information has been disclosed.
A player should not participate where:
- They have been advised not to participate
- Participation would present an unreasonable risk
- Relevant medical clearance has not been obtained
- Required medication is unavailable
- Essential medical information has not been provided
Next Phase Football may stop a player participating where there is a reasonable safety concern.
This is not a substitute for medical advice.
31.Emergencies
Where reasonably necessary, authorised adults may:
- Provide basic first aid
- Contact emergency services
- Contact a parent or guardian
- Share relevant medical information with emergency professionals
- Take reasonable immediate action to protect a child
Parents remain responsible for ensuring emergency contact details are current.
32.Safeguarding
Safeguarding and player welfare take priority over football development.
Everyone participating in Next Phase Football activities must follow:
- Safeguarding requirements
- Codes of conduct
- Behaviour expectations
- Safe communication rules
- Photography rules
- Travel and accommodation rules
Safeguarding concerns may be shared with appropriate authorities where necessary to protect a child or another person.
The full Safeguarding and Welfare information is available at /safeguarding.
33.Player and parent conduct
Players, parents, guardians and spectators must behave respectfully.
Unacceptable conduct includes:
- Abuse
- Threats
- Violence
- Bullying
- Harassment
- Discrimination
- Intimidation
- Serious disruption
- Damage to property
- Unsafe behaviour
- Inappropriate social media activity
- Breach of safeguarding requirements
We may issue a warning, remove a person from an activity or terminate participation where reasonably necessary.
Immediate removal may be appropriate where safety or safeguarding is at risk.
34.Termination for misconduct
Where participation is ended because of serious misconduct or a material breach of these Terms:
- The participant may be removed from the programme
- A parent or guardian may be required to collect a child
- Relevant authorities may be contacted
- Reasonable additional costs may be charged where legally permitted
- A refund may be reduced to reflect services already provided and reasonable losses
Any financial outcome will be considered fairly and proportionately.
35.Photography and video
Permission for promotional photography, video or public player-profile publication must be handled separately from basic booking acceptance.
Promotional media consent must not be assumed merely because a person participates.
Where consent has been granted, approved content may be used through:
- The website
- Programme materials
- Promotional media
- Player-development content
Media concerns or requests can be sent to:
Email: info@nextphasefootball.com
Further information is available in the Privacy Policy and Safeguarding and Welfare page.
36.Personal information
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy is available at /privacy-policy.
Customers should avoid submitting highly sensitive documents through general enquiry forms or ordinary email unless a secure method has been agreed.
37.Third-party providers
Some services may involve third parties such as:
- Coaches
- Clubs
- Venues
- Tournament organisers
- Accommodation providers
- Transport providers
- Technology providers
- Payment providers
- Media professionals
Where a customer contracts directly with a third party, that third party’s terms may also apply.
Next Phase Football remains responsible for its own obligations and for any additional responsibility imposed by law.
38.Clubs, scouts and third-party decisions
Next Phase Football does not control decisions made by independent:
- Clubs
- Academies
- Scouts
- Coaches
- Leagues
- Tournament organisers
- Football authorities
- Visa authorities
- Border authorities
We are not responsible merely because a third party decides not to select, register, assess or invite a player.
This does not remove responsibility for any representation or service that Next Phase Football has expressly agreed to provide.
39.Intellectual property
Website content, branding, graphics, writing, programme materials, reports and original media may be protected by intellectual-property rights.
Users must not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify or commercially exploit protected material without written permission.
Player footage supplied by a customer remains subject to the rights of its lawful owner.
The customer confirms they have authority to submit any footage, image, document or profile material they provide.
40.Player reports and materials
Player reports, development plans and consultation materials are prepared for the intended player and family.
They must not be:
- Altered to misrepresent their meaning
- Presented as a club endorsement
- Used to claim guaranteed academy status
- Sold or commercially distributed
- Published in a misleading way
Reasonable private sharing with a coach or club for genuine football purposes is permitted unless the document states otherwise.
41.Links and external websites
The website may link to external services.
Next Phase Football does not control all external content, security, availability or privacy practices.
A link does not automatically represent endorsement or a formal partnership.
Visitors should review the terms and privacy information of external services.
42.Service standards
Next Phase Football will provide contracted services with reasonable care and skill.
Where no specific performance time has been agreed, services will be provided within a reasonable time.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights provided by consumer law.
43.Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion would be unlawful, including liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Breach of statutory consumer rights
- Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded
Subject to those protections, Next Phase Football is not responsible for losses that:
- Were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made
- Result from information the customer materially withheld
- Result from the customer’s failure to follow reasonable instructions
- Are business losses arising from a consumer booking
- Arise solely from an independent third-party decision outside our control
Any limitation will be interpreted fairly and in accordance with applicable law.
44.Events outside reasonable control
Neither party will be treated as failing to perform an obligation where performance is prevented by circumstances genuinely outside reasonable control.
Examples may include:
- Severe weather
- Natural disaster
- War
- Civil disorder
- Epidemic
- Government action
- Border closure
- Transport-system failure
- Venue closure
- Widespread infrastructure failure
This section does not remove any refund, assistance or package travel right that applies by law.
45.Complaints
Customers should raise concerns promptly so that we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and respond.
Complaints can be sent to:
Email: info@nextphasefootball.com
Include:
- Customer name
- Player name where relevant
- Programme or service
- Date
- Description of the concern
- Desired resolution
- Relevant supporting information
We will aim to acknowledge and review complaints fairly.
Safeguarding concerns should use the safeguarding route and should not wait for the ordinary complaints process where a child may be at risk.
46.Ending a continuing service
Either party may end an ongoing service in accordance with its specific booking terms.
The customer remains responsible for:
- Services already supplied
- Agreed costs already incurred
- Fair and reasonable cancellation charges
- Outstanding payments lawfully due
We may end a service where:
- Payment is materially overdue
- Information has been falsified
- Cooperation required to provide the service is repeatedly withheld
- Safeguarding requirements are breached

- Continuing would be unsafe or unlawful
Reasonable notice will be given where circumstances permit.
47.Changes to these Terms
We may update these website Terms to reflect:
- Service changes
- Legal developments
- Website changes
- Operational improvements
- New programme types
The latest version will appear on this page with the revision date.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights under an existing confirmed booking.
Where booking terms need to change after a contract is formed, changes will be made only where permitted by the contract and applicable law.
48.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales.
Consumers living elsewhere in the United Kingdom may also benefit from mandatory protections that apply in their place of residence.
Nothing in this section removes a consumer’s right to use a court that has mandatory jurisdiction over their claim.
49.General provisions
If part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply where legally possible.
A delay in enforcing a right does not automatically waive that right.
No person other than the customer, the relevant player where applicable, and Next Phase Football has a right to enforce the contract unless the law or booking confirmation provides otherwise.
50.Contact
