Development and opportunity should work together.
Once we understand the player and believe they are ready for the next environment, our team can look at appropriate routes across grassroots, development, academy, non-league, showcase and other relevant football environments. That may include using our football relationships and contacts to explore suitable opportunities.
We do not send every player everywhere. The aim is to identify opportunities that make sense for the player's level, position, age and stage of development.

Club & academy
opportunities
Where we believe a player is ready and suitable, Next Phase Football can actively look for appropriate club, academy, showcase and football opportunities through our wider football network and contacts.
Any opportunity depends on factors including player ability, age, position, current level, attitude, readiness, availability, club requirements and the needs of the football environment.
We cannot guarantee that a club will offer a trial, place, contract or registration. Players who meet the required standard may be considered for appropriate opportunities where they become available.
Academy

Academy opportunities may become available for players who meet the relevant footballing requirements and where an appropriate opportunity exists.
Next Phase Football may help suitable players prepare for, understand and access those environments where possible.
Selection always remains with the relevant club or academy.

For players who meet our criteria and where we genuinely believe our experience, knowledge and football network can add value, Next Phase Football may offer a more involved programme of support across an agreed period or season.
We first need to understand and assess the player. Only then do we decide whether we believe we are the right people to support the pathway.

Season support means we work actively and professionally to identify and pursue appropriate opportunities. It does not mean we can guarantee a club, trial, contract, scholarship or selection. The player must still earn every football opportunity.
