Our assessments examine technical quality, tactical understanding, decision-making, physical application, attitude and position-specific performance before identifying realistic development priorities.
A consultation is required before a paid assessment is recommended.

Where suitable, the player attends an agreed training session within the environment of academy partner AR Elite Academy.

This is a Next Phase Football assessment conducted within an AR Elite Academy training environment. It is not an AR Elite trial and does not guarantee selection for AR Elite or another football opportunity.

External Match Assessment
The player's own competitive environment
One of our assessors attends the player's own competitive match or club training environment. This can provide one of the clearest views of the player because we see them within their normal team, natural position and genuine competitive context.

Video Player Assessment
Full-match footage review
Send suitable full-match footage and we will review the player's performance in context. Highlights show selected moments. Full-match footage allows us to see decision-making, positioning, involvement, reactions and the actions that happen between the highlights.

Every assessment begins with a consultation so the right option can be recommended rather than sold. Where an under-18 player is involved, bookings and key communication are handled through a parent or legal guardian.
